Complimentary Shipping, Exchanges, and Returns

To ensure utmost convenience for our valued customers residing in the United States and APO/FPO addresses, we provide complimentary shipping through standard ground shipping to all 50 states. For our esteemed international customers, we extend a warm welcome to explore our North Dallas Furs collection. Please note that additional shipping fees and payment requirements may be applicable based on the order and shipping destination. Each order will include a Return & Exchange Form, offering clear instructions for returning items. For U.S. orders, ground shipping for returns is free and can be facilitated through FedEx or UPS. Alternatively, customers have the option to expedite the process by returning their order in person at any of our physical stores.

Shipping Rates

At North Dallas Furs, we offer complimentary standard ground shipping for all orders shipped to the 50 states, as specified on the respective product pages. Orders that include in-stock items and are received before 2:00 p.m. Central Time will typically be shipped on the same day. Please allow a delivery window of 3 to 7 days for U.S. Standard Ground orders. 

California Fur Ban

Effective January 1, 2023, the state of California has implemented a ban on the sale or shipment of products containing most types of fur. Consequently, these items cannot be sold or shipped to addresses within California. However, it's important to note that leather, wool, and sheepskin products are exempt from this ban and can still be sold and shipped to California without any issues.

Returns

For U.S. orders within the 50 states, return ground shipping is provided free of charge through either FedEx or UPS. Please note that outbound express charges and international shipping charges from the initial order are non-refundable for returns or exchanges. U.S. Sales Tax

NDF (North Dallas Furs) complies with applicable sales tax regulations and charges sales taxes on orders as required. The amount of tax charged is based on the current tax rates in effect, which are subject to change at any time. In certain states, shipping charges may also be subject to sales tax.

International Orders

We extend a warm welcome to our international customers and are delighted to serve you at North Dallas Furs. Please be aware that additional shipping fees and payment requirements may apply depending on your order and destination.

Standard International Shipping Cost

  • Canada: $65
  • Western Europe: $85
  • Other: $95

Additional Notes:

  • Some items and/or destinations may incur an additional shipping surcharge.
  • Certain fur items may require a separate U.S. government export fee.
  • The recipient is responsible for any customs, duties, taxes, or brokerage fees associated with the order. These charges are not included in our shipping fees, so we recommend consulting your local customs office for further details.
  • NDF is not responsible for any of the aforementioned charges.
  • If an international package is refused or abandoned for any reason, NDF does not refund the merchandise or shipping charges.
  • NDF does not cover the return shipping costs for refunds or exchanges. Exchanges will incur additional outbound shipping charges.
  • Initial outbound order shipping charges or surcharges are non-refundable.

Yes, all of our fur products are ethically sourced from reputable suppliers who adhere to strict animal welfare and environmental guidelines. We are committed to responsible practices and work exclusively with partners who meet our ethical standards for sustainable fur production.

To maintain the quality and longevity of your luxury fur, store it in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Use a breathable garment bag, and avoid plastic, as it can trap moisture. For long-term care, we recommend professional fur cleaning and conditioning once a year at our store. We provide all kinds of storage and cleaning services.

What is your return and exchange policy for fur products?

We offer a 5-day return policy for items in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached. Due to the nature of luxury fur products, we recommend reviewing our sizing guide and contacting our support team for personalized assistance before purchase. Customized or altered items are non-refundable.
